Charles Hilton Architects was happy to partner with Heartbeat International Ministries in the construction of Abraham’s School of Fatick in Senegal, Africa. Heartbeat International Ministries spans the globe in touching lives. Their mission is to make a difference in feeding, clothing and educating the hungry. Senegal is located at the western most point of Africa and Fatick is located in a rural area near towns and villages. Abraham’s School of Fatick was the first Christian school to be built in Senegal and was completed in February, 2015. The school includes classrooms that serve as training areas, a kitchen, dining room and a playing area in the center and is now able to accommodate 200 former street children who are now delighted to be receiving an education.
